1. SHM

Sertifikat hak milik (SHM) merupakan jenis sertifikat dengan status kepemilikan terkuat yang diakui Pemerintah Indonesia. Sertifikat ini hanya bisa diberikan kepada WNI. 2. SHGB

Sertifikat hak guna bangunan (SHGB) adalah jenis sertifikat yang memungkinkan Anda untuk mendirikan bangunan di atas sebuah lahan. Dengan kata lain, Anda berstatus sebagai penyewa lahan dengan durasi mencapai 30 tahun dan bisa diperpanjang selama 20 tahun. SHGB boleh dimiliki oleh WNI ataupun warga asing.

3. SHSRS

Sertifikat Hak Satuan Rumah Susun (SHSRS) menjadi tipe sertifikat yang ditujukan secara khusus untuk bangunan rumah susun. Keberadaannya menjadi bukti kepemilikan lahan serta bangunan secara bersama.

4. AJB

Akta jual beli (AJB) bukanlah sebuah sertifikat yang dikeluarkan oleh kantor pertanahan. Namun, AJB menjadi bukti bahwa tanah telah mengalami peralihan kepemilikan dari penjual kepada pembeli. Selanjutnya, AJB dapat digunakan sebagai bukti sah untuk pengurusan sertifikat tanah.

5. Surat tanah tradisional

Selain empat surat bukti kepemilikan tersebut, ada pula surat tanah tradisional yang masih cukup sering digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Surat tanah tradisional ini bisa berbentuk berbagai macam, di antaranya adalah petok D, girik, letter C, dan sebagainya. Surat tanah tradisional termasuk sebagai alat bukti kepemilikan tanah yang lemah. Meski begitu, Anda bisa menggunakannya sebagai sarana pengurusan sertifikat.
